        I've had to call several times having talked to John and Steve. Always VERY HELPFUL since I'm the type of gal who likes to at least attempt to fix things myself. They've walked me through several repairs, first my dryer that was making a noise while tumbling; another time my freezer kept icing up (and I had repair out three times unsuccessful in fixing that) and my last was my washer where the agitator gear needed replacing and the tub kept filing despite being on a small load setting. I've saved tons doing it myself and asking questions. I know eventually I'll need to buy new but hate the new electronics in everything. Buttons & gears are much easier to work with. G & E Parts has been the best to me and I couldn't thank them enough.
