Auto Glass Now

You get what you pay for. Yeah I got a great price but they were several hours late. When I called to schedule my appointment the guy on the phone told me that I would be the first call Monday morning. However he said that the appointment was between 9 AM to 12 PM. At 12:00 I called the office to ask where the technician was and the lady on the phone couldn’t get a hold of him. About 30 minutes later he called and told me that he was running behind and he would be there at about 1:30. I I told him that I was supposed to be his first call and he laughed and said “I had about three first calls this morning.” At 2:00 he calls me and tells me that he is on his way and will be there in 20 minutes. It was about 2:30 when he finally showed up, with no apology for keeping me waiting all day long. I asked the receptionist to have her regional manager called me because I was very upset that I had to wait all day to get my glass replaced but never received a phone call. Being on time customer service is not their best quality.

I tried with Safelite to get windshield replaced.

Two times they arrived with a scratched or none removable marked up glass. They said it would take 90 mins +.

This guy shows up and done in about 40mins or less... and it rained on him a little. Also, I saved $ 150 by going with Auto Glass Now.

They were very friendly I was early and they got to my car as soon as I arrived .they already had the parts that was needed to replace my window and it did not take a long time I waited for my car. I got a discount for this review thanks auto glass

My car window got busted so I came to Auto Glass to get it replaced. The service was GREAT, they contacted the insurance company and ordered the glass the same day. I am having it replaced right now! The service and employees are very friendly and professional. I recommend coming here for all your window needs.

Quick, easy, fast seevice

Glass Masters damaged my car while installing two windows. They acknowledged on the bill that the installer damaged my vehicle and yet I was still charged full price after the local office told me my check would be held until this was resolved. I was told to email pictures of damage as well as an estimate to them about fixing said damage. I have been given the run around by the local office, regional manager based in Charlotte and now the main headquarters. I was told multiple times I would be getting a call back which has yet to happen.

Great people and quality work. I am a "car guy" and very particular about my cars. They did quality work and also very fast. Will use again once I need windshield for one of my other cars. Great price too! Say hi to Judy.
