We were so thankful to find Tracey. It helped make an experience that was totally devastating so much easier to handle. Tracey knew just what to say and do. She gave us time and asked us how she could help us. She is patient and kind. I absolutely did not know people existed like her anymore. It is obvious that this is not just a business to her family, it is something that they do because they love animals and want to help people through this type of crisis the best way that they can.
