Neighborhood Handyman is the official name, but I call him Tim the handyman, For the past fifteen years he has been helping me out with projects that I felt were either too labor intensive and /or above my level of expertise. I have used him for water heater installation, gutter guards, replacing damaged siding on the house, replacing a damaged floor, painting, building a boat dock and numerous other things over the years. He is shows up on time and gets the job done in a timely manner, at the agreed upon price. Tim is easy to communicate with and explains well what needs to be done and why. I highly recommend.

Just moved to the area and discovered a my garage exterior passage door has a rotted threshold and wind was whistling thru. Tim was recommended - I called --he returned my call same night and he arrived next morning. He checked it out and said "I know exactly what you need and checked prices before I came here". We agreed on a price and he set off to buy a door frame. To my surprise he said he'd be done before lunch because he had another job in the PM. It was freezing cold to boot! Tim wrapped up the job skipping lunch ---he needed a 2nd trip for a "door extender". Seems that even professionals need more than one trip for parts! My wife said it looks great. No leaks around the door w new weatherstripping. Give him a call when work needs to get done promptly and professionally.
