Tim took the time out of a busy schedule and come out the SAME DAY just hours after I spoke with him to help us. Not only was his help and kindness a huge relief ...our very light colored carpets are stain free and cleaner than any other carpet cleaning service we have used in the past has ever been able to get them. The results cannot be beat!
