First of all when they installed my carpet they laid part of it against the grain or nap. Not sure what it's called but it makes it hard to vacuum. Then I personally knew a guy installing carpets for them. I tried to tell them he was a drug dealer with a violent arrest record. Not the kind of person anyone would want in their home installing anything. They refused to listen. He's now in federal prison. So if you had them lay flooring for you it's possible that you had a sociopath in your home and possibly near your kids.
