I took my dog here a week ago and was basically told that the "mass" on his stomach could be cancerous but it was inconclusive and basically I would need to manage his pain until I decided to put him down because it could not be removed based on where it is. I could look into going to a specialist and do chemo. I was given antibiotics and pain medication and charged an arm and a leg...not really sure what for as they didn't actually do anything! A week later, I went to my normal vet, and by the way my dog is doing fantastic. Turns out my dog had an infection and the antibiotics are clearing it up...the "mass" is basically gone and he is his normal self. Don't go here! I spent three days thinking my dog was going to die and it was absolutely horrible

Professionalism

They pray on people's emotional attachment to their animals. God help you and your fur-baby if you cant pay their outrageous fees. Pure unadulterated evil lives here.

good service

Ok, know what you are signing up for people. Any emergency room is more expensive than an office visit. I've taken two pets in (because you don't let your pet wait out the night in pain.) The vets were great, up front and honest about the prices (yes, higher because of the late hour) and my pets were cared for. My diagnosis were accurate. You can't blame a vet for wanting to be paid when they're up at the wee hours caring for your animal.

Great vet...HORRIBLE vet tech

I have an 8 month old puppy who suffers with a bit of anxiety. We took him in because in the middle of the night he started acting like his hips were hurt.

Upon arrival the tech wouldn't help me get my dog out of the car, and yelled at him when he didn't want to get on the scale. Once we went back to the exam room she was a bit quieter but still very aggressive with my dog. By the time the vet came in, the tech had him so scared that they decided to muzzle him which I understood and was ok with. Then the tech bursts back in the room and starts YELLING at my dog to behave so she can put the muzzle on him. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how to act around a timid animal and I would expect MUCH more from a professional. Take your pets elsewhere if you want people who actually care about your pet!

Money VS Loved Ones

Try someone else, please. I had my cat mauled by two Pit-bull & I shot at them @ 3-4ft away. I was not trying to hurt them, just wanted them to spit my cat out, I did by accident hit one, {Not fatal "Ear"}. We found parts of my cats stomach flesh on the fence and animal control took pictures of it for the case. When we finally found him, "we thought he was dead." He had a large hole in his stomach & Insides and some other bits wounds. We called this animal emergency @ 2-3:00 am. I told the lady what happened & that I'm a disabled vet and I only get paid on the 1st of the month. I told her that I will give them my credit card to hold when I pay on the 1st. She told me we only take money, or we can euthanize your cat. They told my wife the same thing earlier when she called. So needless to say it's 8:53am and we called another veterinary "Clifton animal Hospital" they are going to take us on. They are going to take us the same way we ask this Vet. {As I sated above}. This clinic only takes money not your loved ones in their hands. So don’t take the one you love to them.

Thanks for nothing
