Texas Roadhouse

Went there for my Daughters Birthday.Very Very loud no one could hear each other talk. they were out of what my grand kids wanted (how do you run out of kraft boxed mac and cheese?) Got the wrong drinks, I drank mine anyway and went to the bar to get my wifes . Then my prime rib gets to the table and while Im eating it I found this big piece of chicken under the prime rib. After calling the waitress over she takes it and Doug the manager comes to our table and tells me that he took it off of my bill. That was it. How hard would it have been for this guy to go cut me another piece of rib and put it on a clean plate? In all fairness the waitress did come back and offer to cook me something else but by that time the others had finished their meals.I stopped through a drive through and bought a hamburger on the way home since I hadn't had dinner, not exactly what I had in mind. If you want a nice night out with your friends or family Id find another restaurant. Just my opinion.

I love love this place, however, I dont support that they put all families with children in one area, seems kind of segregating.

Great food, relaxed atmosphere and the waitress was right there if we needed anything! Will definitely go there again!!

Drink was wrong put us in corner were food wouldn't even fit on table and waitress sucked. Go to omaha one
