Disappointing is the optimistic version of my opinion of this service. Called for a cab and was told 15-20min, and the dispatcher wanted me to make sure I was outside so not to miss the cab. Waiting in a vestibule in Nodak in January more than 40min. Later.../my cab arrived, & I was informed it's 'cash-only' ended at my destination, which has never cost more than $20-25 tops, my fee over a third more. In the future, I will not use or recommend this service to anyone.

One of the worst services, always late, a lot and also they are rude and never accept responsibility, sucks

Very friendly drivers, punctual! Cleanest cabs in town very safe will be using them for future trips/rides!

We called and were told 30-45 minutes. An hour later we called back and were told they are on their way; wait outside. We waited outside in the cold and called again 15 minutes later. With much attitude the gal said 15-20 min so we waited; irritated. 20 minutes later we call back because still no ride and she says cabs are downtown then hangs up on us! How is a cab downtown suppose to help us...no wonder people drive drunk :-( will never call again!
