        Denise and Delaney are both absolutely fantastic to work with. I have ordered several different types of awards (ribbons, trophies, plaques, and engraved granite), for both personal events, and for awards and ceremonies for my employer. Denise and Delaney are both extremely friendly, professional, and timely in all communications. They have helped me through the design process, are very knowledgeable of their products and current trends and materials, and they were eager to try something new when I asked if they could engrave and paint pieces of granite for a Police K9 Memorial. Impressive Awards & Gifts is simply outstanding, and they have earned my repeat business for many years to come.

        They sent me a bill for 20% of what they quoted and I paid for AFTER the sign was installed! Good luck if you wish to use them.
