What went wrong was that in April he left a freon tank outside my apartment's bedroom window for four days. But did not know it was against the law to discard it that way. I believe a responsible business owner would have been there to retrieve it that day.I will also say that up until Feb 2012 he was very professional and agreed 100% that the Filtrete filters are an excellent idea for someone with major allergy problems and sleep apnea. That's why I give him these stars from April 2009 to Feb 2012. An HVAC unit should not be low on freon once or twice a month when it's run on 74.

On October 2, 2012, this business did a service call and put freon in my AC. My AC unit stopped working at 5:31 PM October 3, 2012. The representative for this business also mangled up my $16 3M Filtrete filter. He left without putting it back in. I did not realize it was running without a filter for several hours. I have serious medically documented allergy problems and this company representative jeopardized my health. Before he did the service call, it had frozen up 6 times in the previous 3 days.

This person's behavior was very unprofessional. I have a valid problem with my AC unit, which he told me a year and a half ago. I am now told that it is the "filter" I am using that is the problem. If that was the actual problem, then he would not have had to put freon in it when I was using the "cheapest" filters that I was provided. I purchase the 3M allergen filters because I have serious allergy problems that are medically documented.

This person came into my apartment and proceeded to jerk my filter out of the AC unit and tried to throw it away. He then left it running for 10 minutes while he "went outside to check it." He then came inside and told me there was nothing wrong with it. He basically called me a liar for calling about it freezing up.
