They did a great job replacing our whole unit after Ryland stuck a terible unit in our house. Diagnosed the problem didn't charge us for refrigerant the first go round since they found the problem. Got us a good price on a new unit.

Three years ago, when my heating system was on the frits, this business came recommended by a neighbor. After visiting, I was informed that the entire system was shot and would need to be replaced. After spending $4000 on a new system and having a 5 yaer warrenty, I have had to have service calls every year and was finally told that the system would only cool 10 degrees less than the outside air temp.



This year was the final straw. It is over 95 degrees outside and I'm sick of 85 degrees inside. When I called this company for another service call, I was told they would be right over. That was 3 days ago! I had another company come in and look at the system, to a cost of $200, and was told that there is a refrigerant leak but more importantly, the system that was installed was way too small for my needs (2 1/2 tons for 1800+ sq. feet with 12 foot ceilings).



When asked about this, I was given one run-around after another with the final answer being that if I needed a new

larger system, he would cut me a real good deal.



Buyer Beware!!!!!!!



PS. I still haven't got my service call, even though someone thinks they might soak me for another $3000 - $4000.
