First, if you look at all of the good reviews you will note that they are all several years old. The helper indicated that they used to have several crews but they all quit because they could not get along with the owner. Now the owner and one helper are the only ones doing the jobs.

We hired them to remove a wall paper boarder in the master bedroom, remove wall paper in the master bath and paint the master bedroom, master bath, master closet and water closet. The hickory flooring in the master bedroom was only a few months old and we advised them that we wanted it covered complexly. That did not happen resulting in paint all over the wood floor. They used a water sprayer and scraper to remove the wall paper boarder and wall paper and gouged 90% of the wall to ceiling joints making it almost impossible to cut a straight clean break line between the ceiling and walls. Over all, the paint job was absolutely the worst I have ever seen by a profession or do it yourselfer! The break line at the baseboards was terrible with wall paint on the baseboards and baseboard paint on the walls. There were overruns at the ceiling/wall junctions. There were missed roller spots on the walls that they referred to as “holidays” – whatever that means. Areas that should have been masked off were not resulting in paint slopped on window frames, the back of mirrors, etc. Runs everywhere, dirt nibs on every wall and walls that were to have two coats of paint only had one. Overall the job looked as if someone who had never held a paint brush or roller before did the painting. Every time something was pointed out the response was: “I can fix that.” Well, if the prep and actual painting was done properly there would not require “fixing” all of the messes. Their daily clean-up wasn’t any better leaving paint in our laundry sink, on the driveway and hose bib valve. It took five hours to clean up the mess that they left and four days of work straighten out overruns, crooked cut-in lines and applying a second coat of paint where needed. The bottom line is if you don’t care that your home will be treated like a gas station and don’t expect a professional looking paint job then hire this outfit.
