        Dr. William Eng was born in Hong Kong and raised in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR. He received his Bachelor of Science from Portland State University in 1979. He was introduced to the podatric medicine field of studies from a neighbor that was practicing podiatrist and immediately developed an affinity for the profession. Dr. Eng attended and graduated from Kent State University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1985 and successfully completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery residency at the M
