        Salon prices are way too expensive

        I called to get a service and was in shock!! Really who charges $40 to curl your hair. No wash, nothing but curling it. It might have taken 20 minutes. Talk about highway robbery. Most salons charge $10-$20 at the most. Change your prices and you might keep customers returning. We aren't in Hollywood!!

        I went here to get my hair done. Needless we agree'd for her to cut 2 inches and highlights needless to say 4 inches later I was very unhappy. The woman did not let me pick out my color and bleached my hair, it was terrrible. I called and told the manager and she offered a free toner for me. I was a little perturbed because she should in my opionion have redone my highlights. Toner with only last 4 weeks and as a result I ended up spending more money to get my hair fixed. I would not suggest going her for a hair appointment. The staff in my oppinion is not experienced enough and I will never go back.
