Overall
I don't recommend

I went to this company one time. I noticed three things during my short stay. 1. The price they give you is very expensive than the price you can get from another similar company. And the staffs try to lobby you based on non convincing premises. 2. To keep you under their explolitation, they won't tell you all the defects of your car on the first diagnosis. However, after you fix the first defect, they'll tell you that your car has another defect. This kicks you out of control of your budget and schedule 3. If you are not smoker, you may hardly stay in the lobby area because of the stinky smell of smoke, besides, the smell of tobacco from one of a customer service lady is so strong that I barely stand it for few min

Overall

I've been to this store numerous times and have had no issue. I had an issue that I brought to the store managers attention and he was NOT helpful and was coy at best. His attitude alone ruined it for me, and my vehicles will NOT be serviced by Goodyear if this is what they think is acceptable.

This place use to be great, but with a poor store manager, I would never come back here again. I advise against anyone going after the experience I had. They backed another customers car into my wife's car. That was just the start of it. The employee tried to dismiss it like no harm done as he ran his hand over the paint transfer and new dent added to the bumper. Then the store manager wanted to haggle up to 700 dollars store credit so no one in corporate would find out about the incident. Then backed out so that way he wouldn't have to worry about any employees "ratting" him out and decided to have a check written by Goodyear and not contact their insurance agency. He never did tell the other customer that their car had been backed into my wife's car. He later would claim that he has done bodywork before and said that it wasn't worth the amount the estimate was written for. I would only advise for people to maybe try this store if they were to find that the store manager with the initials D.L. isn't there anymore. I used to suggest this place for oil changes but after this, never again.
