Jim, the owner, came out quicklly to provide an estimate. I was very appreciative that he was flexible and provided options for some problem areas on our 23 year old deck. Every communication was timely and responsive. When the crew arrived to begin work, they were all very professional, skilled and personable. I could really tell they took pride in the quality of their work. When unexpected things arose, they were gracious and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Contacted in mid-February, texted pictures and received a good estimate fairly quickly. Work was done as soon as weather was agreeable. Team was professional and friendly. My 3 yr old grandson wanted to watch and ask questions and they were patient to answer as they worked. Our long neglected deck looks brand new with some newly reparied boards and a coat of stain. Bonus was they were able to move heavy stuff off and back on again. Thanks, Deck Armor!

Deck Armor refinished our 12-year old deck. I dealt with Jim; he was super responsive in email, and did everything that we discussed. It never took me more than 48 hours to get a response from him. The only delays we had were weather-related. Once we had enough consecutive dry days, the Deck Armor team took care of it quickly and professionally. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody for work.
