Nail West

Went it for a fill for my daughter. We were not greeted at all. It seemed like we were bothering them. I asked how much would a fill in be and the elderly lady seemed to have an issue with my nails because they are long. I told them it’s for my daughter, not me. She looked confused and so another lady came up. Looked at our nails and decided to have a conversation amongst themselves. Mind you all my daughter needed was a fill. My daughter asked if they could do a design and was rudely told no. They went back to talking between themselves. I told them to just forget it, I’d take my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I would never go back and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

The owners are amazing ! They are professional amazing and talanted. The number one spa in Fuquay-Varina. I highly recommend to anybody looking for great professional service
