Ludwig Cleaning

The cleaning ladies only do the bare minimum..never go above an beyond and seem irritated if you ask them to do something. They never do everything the state is the basic service. My main issue is when I called about being unhappy about a cleaning I received. The cleaning lady didn't mop my floors, left glass marks on my glass tables and marks on my tile in the kitchen where she clearly didn't clean. During the call, I was informed that they would credit me for the next clean and would speak to the cleaning lady. When it came time for my next scheduled appt they were a no show and I received in the mail my check back from the last cleaning stating that they spoke with the cleaning lady and sorry I was unhappy and to find another cleaning service....extremely unprofession, I was left hanging with a dirty house that I had people coming over for later that day. I paid them to clean my whole house and 95% of the time they didn't have to clean one out of my 2 rooms, rarely complained and was just happy to have someone cleaning my house. I was shocked and very disappointed to get the letter dismissing me after one complaint.
