Christian Brothers Automotive - Frisco

I was in desperate need of new brake pads and rotors and revisited the establishment that previously worked on my brakes. After realizing that I was being over charged, I took my car to Christian Bros. and got lucky. From the moment I entered Christian Bros. I felt as thou I was greeted by an old trusted friend, and his name was John.



John was cordial, polite and honest and in less than five minutes I was out the door being driven home and assured that my car was in good hands.



By the time I got home I received my first update, within an hour, a call came through on the work that needed to be completed to restore my vehicle as well as the cost . This is when the relief set in. Half the price was quoted compared to the first place I visited and as a bonus, Christian Bros honors discounts for AAA members which provided me with additional savings equivalent to the cost of being a AAA member.



My car was returned feeling like a brand new car. Thank you Christian Bros.

This was my first time visiting a Christian Brothers and the experience was truly a blessing from the time I walked in. I was recommended by a friend that visit the Plano location. If this is the way all location treat their clients then hats off to them. We live in a world that seems to think that good customer service doesn't matter. This location has proven them wrong. I would like to commend John Turner for representing your company very well. He greeted us with a smile and explained the service that was needed and the biggest WOW was we got our truck back before the timeframe that was promised. I don't always take the time I should to give praise but This location deserves a round applause .
