Very prompt when we really needed them. Extremely professional and proficient. We locked our keys in the car - with the engine running - and they got us on our way with a minimum of delay. Good folks !

The wife and I were traveling from PA to Ashland , VA and stopped at a Virginia welcome center along I-95 to stretch our dogs legs. When we went to leave we found our ignition switch had frozen up and would not even turn. So, here we are, not familiar with the area, broke down and it's Sunday. I looked up locksmiths on my phone for that area and "Craig's Mobile Locksmith" site showed up. Pushed the call button and the owner Pat answered. Explained where we were and what was wrong and he came right out. He checked the ignition and went for parts. Returned and fixed us right up and we finished our trip. My husband and I purchased a house and wanted to get locks changed asap, we called around to get availability and pricing, as soon as I called Mr. craig was very helpful right off the bat and they were even available the day I called which was such a blessing. They arrived on time and Mr.Craig and Tyler were very professional, not only were they quick they prices beat everyone in town! I highly reccomend this company, we need more good honest people like this in the world!

Very unprofessional..... He was late I went to bank to get money to make easier for him. I was five minutes away my daughter called and said he unlocked door. I tried calling repeatedly he did not pick up. Kept sending calls to voice mail locked car and left. Neighbor said he left 1 minute prior to me getting back. Very unprofessional child. I was five minutes away.

The door knob on our laundry room door broke, and we could not open the door at all. Mr. Craig arrived on time, replaced the door knob, AND checked and lubricated all of our other doors. Outstanding customer service!

I was looking for a "brick and mortar" to have a key made. I called Craig and he referred me to what I was looking for while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. If I get locked out, I'll be calling him back for sure!!
