AAA Pools

My opinion is this company is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERPRICED.

We can't say enough about AAA pools There quality and workmanship have been outstanding they finished their work ahead of schedule and actually did a few extra features that were amazing Our new backyard will give us many years of pleasure thanks to AAA We highly recommend Richard and his company for all your pool needs you won't be disappointed!!

I would never give a dime of my money to this company. Richard was supposed to be at our house between 10-11 am, he calls me at 11 to let me know that he will be late. I asked how late due to the fact that my husband and I had another commitment. He said at least an hour and that "it would take a lot longer to install a pool". Now, I'm an adult professional, I understand that something as expensive and as complicated as a pool takes time to discuss. What I don't like is the condescending tone and being treated like a child. Before I could get another word in, Richard said to me, and I quote "you know, I don't want to waste my time driving 2 hours to Northern Virginia today or any other day. Call someone else for your pool needs" and hangs up the phone. How someone like that can own and operate a business is beyond me. My husband and I were willing to drop tens of thousands on a fiber glass pool with this company, so glad we didn't! I can't imagine how he would've treated us once he actually got paid.

We had a liner replaced last year, ordered it in May, finally got installed in September. Got nothing but excuses all summer as to why it was not being installed. This year we open the pool to find the liner coming down in several places. Again we get excuses. Finally told the track is broken, they didn't know this when they installed the liner last year? I am very dissatisfied with the service, poor communications and amount of money we have spent with this company. Time to find a new pool company.

Not sure what this other review is talking about, Richard stands by his product and does great work.

AAA pools is the place to go for pool service in Virginia! Richard is a super nice guy and really knows what he's doing!

Run...run real fast - never finished my sidewalk....been over a year - Richard stated he would finish if i stopped posting the crap work he does...guess what I would rather you lose buisness through true knowledge of your work than someone else get stuck with your lies, deceipt and crappy work!!!! They bid low get your money and run - doing just enough work to get more $$ from you....done be fooled!!!!!!

The beauty of AAA pools is not only that they know EVERYTHING about pools... they also are part of the fabric of the local community. The man that runs the company not only makes the "sell," but he is also there during every phase of construction! (how many times have you bought a service, never to see the salesperson again?)



Richard knows the local governments and codes in and around fredericksburg; his store is located in Spotsylvania right on Plank Road (Route 3).



He is right up front and honest about everything, from the price, to any challenges the site may have , to the schedule of construction.



If you live anywhere in the region, be sure to compare AAA pools to any other competitor and you will like end up with AAA pools building your dream pool.
