I ended up at Skip's based on a recommendation to fix a squeak under my car.



After about a week and ordering the wrong part, they finally "finished" the job. They told me they didn't hear any squeak.



The second I drive off the lot, the squeak is back. They recheck my belts/joints/whatever else and tell me everything looks "fine" except for some loose bolts on the part that THEY HAD JUST INSTALLED THEMSELVES.



Third time in, they say everything still looks "fine." I say replace the parts anyway. My car sat in their lot for a week and a day and they DIDN'T HAVE TIME to finish the job. If they honestly didn't have time to work on my car I wish they would have just told me instead of wasting my time.



I'm done wasting time and money at a place that doesn't tighten bolts or pass on important information to their mechanics. Don't waste your time here. By the time they even start, you could have looked up the info, bought parts, waited for shipping, finished the job, and had a beer.
