I have never thought renting a dumpster could be such a poor experience. we set up a time to have the dumpster dropped off. they arrived outside their time window and did not leave it where we requested. they came back to fix it and the drive hit our house with the dumpster. he hit it as we yelled for him to stop as we could see him backing into our house. he showed no remorse and refused to stay for the police to arrive. then they came to pick up the dumpster. they dug 6 in deep holes in our yard leaving dirt and grass is our driveway to the point we couldn't drive in there. I think the more disturbing part was dealing with their employee named Brad. when I called about the house being hit he blamed us for backing him into the house. then when I called about the yard damage his email response was "we put the dumpster where you wanted. what do you expect when it is heavy and wet?". never once did I hear an apology or an ounce of caring from this employee. this company has brought lack of customer service to a new level.

Really nice people to deal with in the office. I called on a Saturday morning and got my container an hour later. What more can you ask. Great service and a fair price.

Great service, this company delivered my dumpster on time and put the container exactly where it needed to be. I would use them again.

I am a hardworking roofing contractor and bar owner, I use Eagle for both rolloff dumpsters and weekly garbage/recycling pick-ups. Never an issue with the dispatcher that knows how to get the job done, on time and with fantastic, courteous, skilled drivers. The drivers that do my weekly garbage and recycling pick ups are just as hardworking as I am. I too had a problem with the glass falling on the ground, but realized, it was actually my fault! My bartenders were over loading the can and as soon as I added on an extra pick up day, that problem was eliminated. Oh, did I mention the prices are very competetive with the "big boys" (Waste Management and Veolia) and the personable customer service cant be beat with those great girls they have in the office!

Everytime eagle disposal dumps our glass, i have to sweep it up. i have called them to try and resolve this situation and have not gained any ground. i also asked if thier drives had a broom to sweep up if threre would happen to be spill and i was informed that they didn't even have brooms in thier trucks.we just switched in the summer and everything was fine, seeing as how the business is closed in the summer. as soon as we opened back up and the glass was picked up; there has been glass everywhere, in the parking lot, on the sidewalk, and even sometimes in the street. there are also two enterances into our parking lot and we had to pour a concrete slab for the garbage cans and the truck to drive on to support the weight. so we informed them of this and told them to only use the one enterance, of couse they just do whatever is easier for them and not what suits the needs of the customer. also we had a problem of where to put the garbage cans. the spot we put the cans on, they said was to hard to get to. of course it must just not be convinent for them. they also never put them back in the right spot. the cans just get further and further into the middle of our enterance.
