WARNING! Worst customer service care and terrible warranty on the home. Wood floors are splintered, missing paint on walls, etc. Our back door wasn’t installed properly and it took me a month to get someone out here to fix it. Also don’t even get me started on our yard. They didn’t make the yard even or use top soil before laying the Bermuda sod. Attached a picture of our yard when we moved in! All of the green is weeds and the yard has gullies. They claim there is no warranty on sod, after I paid $304,000 for this garbage. Beautiful home layouts but I really just can’t get over how much they don’t care, they just want you to sign the papers so they can move on to building more houses in the neighborhood. Side note- Cannot brag more on Colton Burks realtor, he went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor and did so in a timely manner. He has also tried to vouche for us on warranty items. Overall... I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a home from this builder.
