Mr. Dyer recommended replacing a part for my washer for $150.00 to fix the problem, then afterwards said it wouldn't necessarily fix the problem and I would need to pay him for more repairs. By that point I could have had a new washing machine. Twenty minutes after he left, the washer was broken again and Dyer Appliance wouldn't return phone calls.
