        Overall

        This place customer service is horrible. I bought a puddle jumper yesterday I have the receipt and the paperwork that goes with it and it doesn't fit him, left a red mark around his chest! They won't return it because I don't have the cardboard package that it came on I threw it away because I did not plan on returning it if I woulda known it wouldn't fit I would have kept it but the lady yesterday told me 1 size fits all an yeah it will fit.
        So now I'm stuck with a puddle jumper that is too small and gotta buy something else
        What a JOKE!!!!

        We have received great service...

        We have received great service from Luther Stem for 20 years with 2 different pools...one they built and one they did not. The complainer above neglected to mention that the brands she needed were not ever carried by this company. Her expectations were on the line of a BMW owner going to a Cadillac service department and asking for BMW parts. How do I know the story...I listened to her talk about it.
