Great customer service, when the TV department was completely packed an associate from the car department stopped by and helped answer all of my questions and helped me apply for no interest financing on my new TV and Surround Sound. He was then nice enough to personally help carry out all of my new purchases. I wasn't in his department but he still help me with everything I needed. He even paused to asked a fellow associate for any questions he wasn't sure about just so I could get the correct information, he didn't try to B.S. me when he didn't know the answer. Try getting that from a car salesman.

It's sad when you have a store 4 blocks and they DON'T have a local phone number. I see that now I have to dial a 1-866 number and then all I get is push this number. What happen to the good old day???

If you expect any help from the staff or management you are out of luck. The inexperience of the staff and the reluctance of Management to answer the telephone would make anyone go shop anywhere else.
