They came today, as promised, and quickly diagnosed the spa problem as a broken pump. Replaced and everything back to normal. The cost (about 5 bills) doesn't seem out of line given the age (6 years) of the spa. Happy with SSS.

We have an older spa that needed repair. Ben and Marty took excellent care of us. They gave us a reasonable estimate, were here when they said they would be here and were very nice to work with. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with a spa. They do quality work at a good price.

Fantastic! After our spa sprung a leak, we decided to call Ben at Sensible Spas. Since we live on Upper Captiva, a bridgeless barrier island off the west coast of Florida, this was not a trivial job. Ben showed up on the island at the agreed upon time with his tools and spare parts. It took him less than half-an-hour to stop the leak by replacing a warped gasket with a new one. He was exceptionally courteous and professional. Importantly, he promised to come back out if we ever had other problems. The cost was extremely reasonable considering his time and effort. Highly recommended!

Sensible Spa Solutions solved two issues for me. An electrical short was tripping the breaker at inconsistent times. SSS replaced the circulation pump and the problem was solved. ACE system was not producing chlorine. SSS replaced the ACE cartridge and problem was solved. SSS went to bat for me by explaining situation to Hot Spring Corp and I received compensation for new ACE cartridge even though warranty had expired. I was extremely impressed by Marty and Ben

Service person was prompt, professional, and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very knowledgeable in the repair of the spa LED lights. You didn't even know that they were there because they cleaned up so well. (except for now the light all work).

Serviceman was on time, efficient, and quickly assessed the problem and corrected it.

Quick service, very knowledgeable. Fixed a slow leak I forgot to mention while repairing the heater, and didn't even charge me for the leak repair.

called to make appt on 3/19, appt was set 4/4/13, no call, no show, called 3 times to follow up, maybe they were backed up, 3 calls none returned, pathetic service. i would give them no start if that was an option. called gordon"s pool spa service, came out that day to make estimate 4/7 coming back to install parts ($1300 control unit and heater). it wasnt that difficult
