Bill was very prompt and knowledgable while dealing with our refrigerator. We had another company look at it who charged us a large fee without even touching the refrigerator and told us that it was not fixable. Bill took the back off the refrigerator found the problem immediately and replaced the relay. The refrigerator started up immediately, began to cool and has been working well since then.
