SMI did the parking lot of my dealership and another location and did an excellent job. Very highly recommended. They've done work for me on multiple occasions and every time it turns out great. Jack and his sons were a pleasure to deal with.

I used SMI Paving Co for my horse riding arena and it was the worst decision I could have made. Jack Smith Jr is not only arrogant but completely incompetent. He confidently insisted that I skip several steps in the process of building my arena which lead to a crucial mistake that cost me thousands extra and prolonged the project an additional month. After openly admitting his mistake to me and SMI Paving Co he tried to charge me 7 times the amount to correct HIS problem! Jack Smith Sr is even worse, as he proves himself a shrewd businessman suffering from the Napoleon complex that is incapable of admitting ignorance.
