JP Heating and Cooling

My wife and I have used JP for heating and cooling needs for a while, always with spectacular service and results. Whether it's giving our home unit a checkup to getting an old unit in our second house up to par and working efficiently despite its age, we've come to trust his judgment and expertise. He's busy because he's good, and yet we've never had to wait long for him to attend us.



To contrast, I used another heating and cooling company when my heater stopped working a few winters ago (before I knew of JP). They were apparently the people who installed it in my house. It took four hours to diagnose a small clog, with possibilities of very expensive repairs mentioned repeatedly. While they were kind enough not to charge me four hours labor, I was left skeptical of their ability to do the job. Since using JP - I'll never use anyone else.

The owner and team were always responsive to the HVAC needs over a long history of service. The service was always provided efficiently and at a fair cost.

I can't say enough about John's customer service. He bends over backwards to fit customers into his schedule as quickly as possible. He does the work quickly, is extremely knowledgeable, and his pricing is very fair. You really can't ask for more than great responsiveness, great work and fair prices. Definitely recommend.

I would also highly recommend JP Heating and Cooling. My AC went out on a Saturday Night... I waited until Monday to get recommendations from work... after a few yeahs and nays, I decided to ask one more person. Unfortunately he couldn't remember the company name, but he did call his wife and get the name and number. I called John at 9am and scheduled an appointment for 11am. John called a half hour before the appointment as promised and was prompt. He quickly checked the outside unit, then moved on to the unit in the attic. John likes to give the play by play as he diagnoses the problem, which is not just entertaining, but also educational. After determining it was a lower voltage short, John explaining the cost for the repair which was very reasonable. We finished up in the attic, and proceeded outside to check the coolant level. John explained the readings and determined I needed one pound of coolant... What a refreshing feeling to have a technician come to the house, diagnose the problem, fix the problem and have them leave not feeling like they took you to the cleaners. John Pitruzzella, thank you for being prompt, professional, and an honest bushiness man. John seems to have very good knowledge of heating and a/c units. He answered all my questions over to the phone before even looking at the unit and all i had to do was tell him the issue. He fixed my heat-exchanger at very reasonable cost and in two days after i spoke to him (from ordering the part and replace).

John has done all my air conditioning and heating work for at least four years. I started using him when he was with another company, but now that he is on his own I eagerly followed HIM.
