Thompson Building Materials

We are done with Thompson building material. Horrible return policy and terrible customer service. This was our second issue with them. The first issue was an order where they didn't give us all the pieces. We signed off without checking the pallet and when we got home it wasn't all there! We weren't able to get back until a couple weeks and they did not believe us. (I guess they are used a bunch of crooks working with them). So we had to order what we paid for already again. This time, they gave us the wrong size stone. They wouldn't even take it back with the restocking fee! We will find a different place to use in the future. If you're going to use this company you better know exactly what you are ordering and check the size and check it when you get it on your truck!

This is one of the best building material stores in Southern California. The big bonus was the Outdoor area. It was part Nursery, Gardens and Fountains and Pottery Galore! The next time my husband wants to get tools or building supplies I will go with him without question. You need to see it to believe. There is a giant bird aviary in the center, koi ponds and the most beautiful garden center. We started at the entrance and they gave us a FREE coffee and popcorn. Nice people. This is the place to go for your home.
