I wasn't sure how the experience was going to be after reading all the reviews. But it's close to me and I needed to see the dentist, they set up the appointment - came in for a cleaning.
Thanks

This is my second time scheduling an appointment to see a dentist. They had me on hold for 34 minutes I decided to hang up the phone and try again. Someone picked up the phone and thankfully didn't put on hold again, but I told her they had me for 34min. On hold and she proceeded to ask me what she could help me with. No apology for my time wasted waiting on her for 34min. With no response. It's sad that I had to call a Second time because they can't do their job right the first time

This is the worst office ever!...

This is the worst office ever! Its amazing to know that this office lacks customer service, entire staff is RUDE including the office manager and when you ask for her managers ph# she gives you a fake ph#. I was a patient there last year. I informed the billing rep that my insurance had changed from a PPO to a HMO. He reassured me the procedures he wanted done were covered so we proceeded with a cleaning (never got the polish) any who, i was hit with a $230 bill. i disputed it and spoke to the manager who informed me that the act would be placed on hold so it wouldn't go into collections. A year and 4 months later, I find out my acts been in collections for 4 months now.. This office's business practice is unethical. I'm in shock that they are still in business. Ive even gone as far as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they never responded. The reviews there are disappointing.

THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU - TO...

THEY HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU - TOO MANY PATIENTS!! This office is not good. They have way too many patients and they really don't care about any of them. My daughter got her braces on here. They will see you IMMEDIATELY if you want to put braces on and pay them $500 plus sign a contract to pay them monthly. However, once you get the braces on and you're stuck in that contract, EVERYTHING CHANGES. They don't have ANY time for you. If you need to re-schedule an appointment, their "next available" will be at least THREE WEEKS OR MORE later. On top of that, you can NEVER get the appointments you want.

WHAT'S MORE, THE DOCTOR WILL CANCEL A WHOLE DAY OF APPOINTMENTS and then you don't find out until you get there. "Sorry, our doctor is not in today - he had to go to another location" or something like that. Then, of course, your next appointment will be in no less than 3 weeks.

THE STAFF IS RUDE. ALL OF THEM. After my daughter's last appointment, I was directed to the front desk to make her NEXT appointment. I stood in front of the receptionist for a minimum of 5 minutes (not exaggerating), while SHE TALKED ON THE PHONE TO HER FRIEND about a job opening they had at that office. SHE EVEN GOT UP TO GET THE MANAGER to ask her when her friend could come interview!! There was a line of people behind me waiting to make appointments. I was completely floored!

I have been yelled at by dental assistants for asking too many questions. If you want any sort of meaningful information about what you're paying for, they become extremely irritated with you.

Just moved into the area and needed a new dentist. The people in this place are rude. A lady called to confirm an appointment I had and I told her I had to cancel it and she just hanged up. Most dentist office will reschedule your appointment right there. Im looking in to changing offices.

Bright Now! Dental is THE MOST...

Bright Now! Dental is THE MOST HORRIBLE dental office I have ever gone to. The office is rude, the waiting is excrutiatingly long, and the service is horrible. I made an appointment for my son during his school hours, I had to take him out of school just to arrive at the dental office and be told that the children's dentist is not coming in today. Again, I rescheduled, took him out of school, and was told the same thing. The office does not even bother to call the patients to let them know that the dentist will not be available. To make matters worst, I made an appointment to see the orthodontist for myself (root canal), and the same thing happened to me! Twice! I took off of work just to be told by the receptionist "Iso sorry for the inconvenience. Would you like to reschedule?" This office is horrible and should be placed under new management, or closed down entirely.

PARENTS BE WARNED

My appointment with Bright Now Dental was the WORST experience I have ever had with a dentist. I had a 4 pm appointment with the Fontana location but arrived 15 min. early to fill out the necessary new patient forms. Upon arrival, the lobby was so crowded that people were standing or waiting outside. Because they also provide orthodontic services I figure that some of the people were there to just see an orthodontist or accompanying someone. When I had completed the forms and was waiting for my turn, there was a man complaining to the receptionist about a crown that he had received which had required 2 adjustments and he feared he needed a 3rd adjustment because he was still experiencing pain from the tooth. This concerned me because also I needed a crown. Still, I didn’t want to pass judgment based on this one man. It took a long time to be seen by the dentist and when he came to my chair he said “Hello” then proceeded to work on me without saying a single word. He did not explain to me what he would be doing. Early on, he did something that hurt me and told the dental assistant to note the sensitivity on the tooth but said nothing to me. He did not stop hurting me from that point on and even when I said “OUCH!” and flinched in pain he still said nothing! He was a few inches from my face and it would have taken a few seconds for him to say “This is what I’m doing, and this is what you should expect.” He didn’t even ask me to open my mouth wider or lift my chin so he could get a better view instead he took it upon himself to use his hands to move my jaw around. When he was done he told me to watch a video and began to tell me something else but by this point I was so upset that that I didn’t hear exactly what was said except that someone from billing would be right with me. I waited for a long time and when a person from billing FINALLY came to talk to me she had a list of procedures that even with my PPO insurance coverage I still had a balance of over $2000.00 of out of pocket expenses!! A lot of what they wanted to do (like pull out ALL my wisdom teeth) was not immediately necessary and it took a long time to get down to the necessary procedures because she had to leave, get approvals, and reprint new summaries. The people in the chair next to me had arrived when I had and had waited as long as me. They even watched the same informational video as I had. By now it was about 6:00 and they decided they had waited long enough so they left. I waited for about 20 more minutes for someone to come but no one came. When I finally left it was almost 6:30 and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned!! Had I been a child this experience would have traumatized me for the rest of my life! NEVER have I had a dentist be so rude or insensitive and I will NEVER go back or refer them to anyone!!! If the dentist had been just a little bit nice I would have not minded the wait and would have stayed until they were done.

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A F/UP APPOINTMENT!

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES OF FONTANA DENTAL, ONCE IT CHANGED TO BRIGHT NOW! I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO COME IN ONLY BECAUSE EVERY TIME I CALL TO SCHEDULE FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS A PT. THERE I GET PLACED ON HOLD AND THEN DISCONNECTED I JUST HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HOLD FOR OVER 25 MIN. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MNG. AND THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE AND WHEN THERE IS I GET PLACE ON HOLD FOR OVER 20 MINUTES, I FEEL THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS TERRIBLE FOR ALL EXISTING PATIENTS. I'M IN THE PROSESS OF CHANGING PROVIDERS. HAVING BRIGHT NOW DENTAL IS USELESS I CANNOT GET AN APP. FOR MY CHILD, I FEEL THAT IT IS IMPOSIBLE.
