I work with individuals, couples, families, adults and teenagers regarding issues such as trauma, grief, loss, addictions, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, life transitions, and attachment disorders. I specialize in treating couples, including couples and partners whose relationships have been ruptured by sexual addiction and trauma. I also facilitate confidential women's support groups.

        Overall

        When I first sought help from Chelsea, my mind was in a very scary dark place. She really guided me through the process of loving and accepting myself, despite my flaws. She offered a safe place to share my thoughts, fears and concerns with her. I appreciated that I felt no judgment from her. With Chelsea’s help, in less than ten counseling sessions, I gained the ability and confidence to handle the everyday challenges I am faced with. Chelsea has been an invaluable resource for my healing and I know I can reach out to her in the future should the need arise. Thank you Chelsea!

        Saw a therapist before Chelsea that we quit going to. SO glad we found Chelsea, she was incredibly professional and easy to talk to. Even my hesitant husband started enjoying the progress we made seeing her. Highly recommend!
