Contacted JMS General Contracting to get an estimate to tear down and rebuild our 1940's garage. Jason arrived and assessed the overall condition of the structure and recommended a garage restoration project. He kept in mind what we wanted and developed a game plan that would achieve our goals. Additional meetings were held to pick the siding and doors we wanted and once we had provided him with that info he formulated the time schedule for start and completion of the garage restoration project. Jason also suggested if we had any particular fixtures we wanted to purchase he would install those as well. This restoration included remove/replace the concrete garage floor, entry door and garage door with new opener system. New 20 amp electrical service to the garage with multiple outlets (GFI) inside of the garage as well on sun porch. In addition, remove/replace roof shingles as well any lumber that was found bad. And finally, the installation of vinyl siding. The planning of all personnel involved in this restoration was outstanding. All contractors used during this restoration were reputable and professional. Trying to get this done in St Louis in March was a gamble that paid off! We've already got ideas f or renovating our sun porch next! OUTSTANDING !
