My sister made an appointment with Dr. Nash's office for a cleaning and xray/consultation for today at 10am. My sister lives in Camden, SC. She took the morning off of work and arrived at her appointment at 9:50. When she walked in the office the woman at the front desk looked at her like who are you and what are you doing here. Kylie spoke up and said hello, I'm Kylie Wilkerson, here for my 10 oclock appointment. The woman still didn't say anything and then she said we called you yesterday. Kylie looked surprised because she hadn't spoken to anyone yesterday. The woman called out a phone number 862-8112 and Kylie said no that's not my number. My phone number is 360-8812. The woman said well she said she was Kylie, with an attitude and asked her what was her date of birth. Kylie gave it to her and she said here just fill this out and gave her some paper work to complete. While Kylie was filling out the paper work she heard the woman speaking with another lady and talking about her. She heard someone say well did you tell her she is going to have to come back and the lady said no, not yet. Going to the dentist is nerve racking. My sister needs her wisdom teeth removed, scary work. If she doesn't even feel welcome or comfortable in the lobby how is she suppose to feel comfortable asleep in the dental chair. The lady never apologized and looked at my sister like she was bothering her by being there. My sister got up and left. There are way too many dentists around that will be more than happy to take her money. Dr. Nash is a good dentist but he REALLY needs to work on his staff. Afterall, they are the first and last people you see when going to the dentist.
