Sears

Spent over an hour on the phone with Sears, got hung up on twice and the service guy showed up without the part to repair my dryer. He ordered the part and stated it would be at my house in 3 working days and I could repair it myself (which I agreed with) so I'm on day 6 and still no part!!!

Your Tech installed the Part but it didn't fix the problem, but when I called in to make another appointment, the nice Lady new what the problem was when I told her what I had done to help figure out what the problem was. I simply unplugged the washer and water kept coming in, it seems funny that the tech didn't ask me to do that if the computer board didn't fix it, seemed like al he was interested in was leaving, this was the last tech not the first one, I would prefer that the last guy not be sent here anymore, Jon is much nicer and helpful.
