Had a very good experience when we ordered our windows. Service was prompt and windows were installed quickly. For this reason we went back to them when we needed a patio door. It took 4 months to get it installed and we still have the wrong lock and doorknob. The installers were great and did a good job. Don't know if we well use them again. I am giving them 3 stars because of the installers

With in one day of calling McDanield window and door , I had appt. time and date set. The sales man was on time and had all the simples there with him, my I say he was very nice. He went thought all the things the window could do and the pros and cons. We did make our mind up on the windows called let McDaniel window and door now we were ready, with in two weeks had new vinyl replacement windows put in. The installers were very nice and even CLEAND up be hind themselfs. Two years later I was cutting grass and broken one of the window glasses, I called McDaniel and Give them a number in the top of thw fram and they called the next week with a new one for my house. They came and put it in , What customer service that McDaniel window and door!!!!! I will let anyone now about McDaniel any time
