Ian came out to our place in Kachina Village to give us a quote to refinish and perform repair and maintenance work on our extensive two level deck. He spent a good deal of time with me explaining what he could do, how he would do it and how he could keep some of the costs down. He was professional and articulate and I was impressed by his knowledge of what needed to be done to our deck and it's specific challenges. After receiving his detailed quote and reading the companies reviews we decided to go ahead with the work.As this is our vacation home we mailed him half the money and he got started right away. Ian kept me posted daily with updates of the jobs progress and we came back up after a week to inspect and make final payment. Ian and Chris met us to review the work. They took us on a tour of the deck showing us everything they did. It's great to see guys so passionate about their work that go the extra length to do a job correctly and take pride in a job well done. We are very happy with the work these guys have performed. It was nice to be able to trust someone to work on our deck while we were not there. (The daily updates were reassuring) They are professional, they have integrity and they do quality work. The deck looks beautiful and is solid again. We highly recommend Ian and his company, and will use them for future projects we are planning.
