We used this company to repair our dryer. Their customer service was terrible. They originally told it would take a couple of days, so we paid up front. A month later our dryer is still broken. The technician will say one thing, and then no one calls to let us know what's going on. Everytime I called, the girl I spoke with was rude and dismissive. Then they started to say they had no idea when it could be fixed. No one seems to know anything, and when I've expressed frustration they get rude. I would never call them for anything in the future.
