It's been a month now since they installed my eternal hot water heater, and I couldn't ask for a better system. Everything looks nice and neat were they installed it. They even installed whole house water filters that I bought without any extra charge. My only reservation was that they didn't understand why I wanted two whole house water filters installed. However, I imagine they haven't had too many people that took a water treatment class, and know that if you don't have a particulte filter and a carbon filter both that you are either getting rid of chlorine, sediment, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) if you have a carbon filter or you are getting ride of minerals, salts, and dissolved inorganic compounds if you have a particulate filter. However, you need both to get rid of it all. So I would say use Jacks and, if your replace a hot water heater, buy an eternal water heater.
