        I cannot say enough how happy I am with Barron today. We were told by another company last year that we needed a whole new heat pump and other inside parts that would cost about $15,000. Barron bid less than half that to replace the same parts. They had to send a service person out to troubleshoot and make sure a replacement was needed and quickly found the problem which was an easy, inexpensive fix. I am only sad I didn't call Barron first. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. I am now a customer for life.

        Overall

        We had a ductless heat pump install. The product seems to be functioning however problems with customer service. We had to pay an extra 600 dollars to fix a situation that was handled severely wrong by the sales person. Buyer Beware!!! I was quoted way less then billed. Sales guy just wanted to make a buck and doesn't care about the customer at all.
