Walgreens

I tried to call this store to see if they had a certain brand of nasal decongestant. I am diabetic and it is the only one I can take. I was put on hold for fifteen minutes, only to have someone else pick. Up the phone and say " can I help you?" I had to go through the whole explanation again. This happened 4 times! I was on the phone for 35 minutes, only to be finally told that they did not have it. This is not the first time this has happened. I called another drug store,( not walgreens) and I was treated with respect and promptness. Walgreens on military should train Their staff in how to give good customerservice. I will never shop there again even though it is convenient for me. I have never had a good experience with this store.
