Red Lobster

I have a traveling job that takes me to KS, MO, NE, OK and AR. I have been doing this for 5 years and I have eaten at hundreds of R/Lobster restaurants. This has to be one of worst I have dined in. I sat at the table for 15 minutes before the waitress came over. This place was empty at 8.15pm. I ordered a Chivas and club soda. I get some drink with pepsi. The waitress came back again after 6 minutes and got me the right drink. But I doubt it was Chivas, as it tasted like some cheap whisky. I ordered lobster dip as appetizer and clam chowder as entree. I get the chowder first. I did not touch the chowder as I wanted to have the appetizer with my drink. 10 minutes later the waitress brings over the lobster dip. It was extremely salty. It basically killed my appetite. So if anyone is on diet or want to lose weight, I would strongly recommend the lobster dip, as it would make you not wanting anything else. By the time I had few bites of the appetizer, the chowder was already cold. It was very obvious that the waitress knew I was not happy, as ehe did not ask me if the food was okay or if anything was wrong seeing the untouched food. The waitress asked me if I wanted a to go box. I had to bite my tounge not to respond to her question.

It was not like they were busy. There were only about 10 guest in the whole restaurant.

The waiters were sitting at the small bar, and talking and making jokes. I have never come across any Red Lobster that the waiters and waitresses could sit around and do nothing.

I would give this place a 0 stare for service, quality and friendliness.
