Just spoke with the lady who answers their phones. We asked a simple question about replacing our front door. She was very unhelpful, bordering on rude. I felt like she thought we we're complete idiots. She talked down to us and never really answered our questions. We own several homes and have used this company before for replacement windows. They just lost a customer.

I called J & E to get an estimate on turning a window into a door and a door slightly closed up and turned into a window. The woman on the phone told me she would pass. They were not interested in doing this. She did not even send someone out to the house to even look at the project. She was rude and I would never recommend anyone to this company. In the condition the economy is in, I can not believe someone would not even give us a chance to give them our money.
