        I Called about leaking tub into basement.Called back within 5 mins.Arrived at time stated.After some tests determined problem was leaking dried-out o-ring/seal behind tub spout.Quickly solved problem.Absolute Professional.He also Noticed very slow,very quiet constant bowl flush,replaced flapper and broken flush arm assembly.Fees charged were very reasonable.During this past year I misplaced his calling card and went online to yellow pages for his number because I now have a leak in the basement from my OLD natural gas hot water heater.I would choose no-one else to R&R it.Phil forever has me as a customer due to his great understanding of his job and honesty.I saw no-one rated his service and I just could resist.Mike I.
