        From the salesmen to the installers, my experience with Capital Doors was wonderful! They answered all of my questions, gave me a timeline for install, and stuck to it. The technician who installed my door has been with the company for 20+ years. To me, that says a lot! I would recommend Capital Doors to anyone looking for a new door or service.

        BUYER BEWARE!!

        I would NEVER recommend calling Capital Door. When our main spring broke, we had them give us a quote over the phone. I even provided them with all of the information, such as door type and length as well as spring size. I was given a quote, then some technicians showed up at our house to verify the information I previously provided over the phone, which took all of 5 minutes…. I was then expected to make a partial payment for the work. – Twice I was rescheduled after making work arrangements to meet them at my house for the repair. it was literally 10 days later that they finally made the return trip and repair the door and I live in the same town!.. To add insult to injury, the repair took them less than 20 minutes and the balance of the final bill was $70 over the original quote. When I called back to question the increased difference, I was blown off. – Plane & simple, they are not trustworthy and have no integrity…
