Ian from Clear Defense came out to perform my quarterly services and was great. He explained everything he was doing. He was sure to cover the inside and outside. I was concerned about wasp activity but could not locate any nests. He searched high and low and also couldn't locate nests, likely due to my previous treatments. Ian told me he was new to the company and I would have never known. He was great and another great addition to Clear Defense. Great company and great employees.

Likely due to my treatments working but he did search high and low to be sure there were no nests. Beyond impressed with Clear Defense and each technician I have worked with. Super great company and can better employees!!

We’ve used Clear Defense for almost 2 yrs now. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Their overall response time is well under 10 mins. Their emergency response is well under 5 mins. Definitely confidence inspiring that they are their to truly help you. All technicians are very polite, friendly, but professional. Andre Wilkes was our technician today. He recapped notes taken during previous visits and followed up to make sure that we did t have same issues. He was very thorough and address the uptick in presence of spiders/webs/small ants. Also, he was on the earlier side of the 1-3pm window that the main office had given me. Excellent all around!

Alec has been servicing our home for 6+ months and each application he has been very considerate, professional and thorough. Also, new team member Devon, too was very polite, professional and courteous.

Alec was great. He was very thorough and even pulled the fridge and lifted up the sofa to check for pests. He explained everything in detail and gave us recommendations on managing the problem. Cleared Defense is great. Anytime I have an issue come up they come within a week. I recommend them to all my neighbors.

When we discovered we had moths munching on an antique carpet we got a very quick response from David! So far, after a few weeks it appears he may have solved the problem! Thanks for excellent customer service.
