        About Us Automotive Protective Services is a family-owned-and-operated local auto protection shop in Fairfax, VA, with one simple goal—the protection and appearance of your car, truck, or motorcycle. We can achieve this goal with a host of products and services, either through our undercoating and rust proofing services, our paint protection and sealants, our interior fabric and leather protectants, and our spray-on bed liners. We even offer window tinting. The truth is, you have made a huge investment into your car and it should look nice and smell nice too! We can help. We have been in this location for nearly 40 years and operate on two four-post drive-on lifts with three detail bays, a spray-on-bedliner bay, and a converted paint booth that we use for our window tinting, PPF, and vinyl wrap applications—it’s perfect!         I been coming here for 21 years. Love the new owner - friendly service and knowledge. they just did my 2018 international and the work was excellent and price was great. See you all in the spring.

        I have been coming here for several years now. I started coming when the Ziebart dealer up here in Maryland lost their franchise and Ziebart of Fairfax was the next closest Ziebart dealer. I didn't realize what crappy work was being done until I came here and saw it being done right. These guys have been great. They always been honest, always treated me right and always done great work. I live near the Mason Dixon line and could go anywhere to have my car taken care of. It is about an hour and a half drive for me to get to what is now APS. I just had one of my cars in this past Saturday. My car is 8 years old. After Ian and his team got finished the car looks great. Better than when I first bought it. I have found that when it comes to taking care of your car and you find someone honest and that does good work, you stick with them. That is why I come to APS to have my work done.
